1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Trimfy, the online appointment booking and customer management platform used by participating Underground locations (collectively, "Underground").
Trimfy allows customers to schedule and manage appointments, maintain customer profiles, complete service-related forms, electronically sign consent documents, and receive appointment notifications and other authorized communications.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trimfy, including its website, booking interfaces, customer accounts, electronic forms, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. Your personal information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy in Part II.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Where a particular service requires a separate consent form, that consent will be requested independently within the relevant appointment.

Depending on available features, customers may:
- View services, prices, estimated durations, and availability;

- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments;
- Create and manage personal accounts;
- Review appointment histories;
- Complete service-specific questionnaires and consultation forms;

Trimfy is a technology platform. Services are performed by the applicable Underground establishment and its authorized professionals.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
Customers may be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and other information reasonably necessary for account creation and appointment management.
Customers agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Customers must not access another person's account without authorization or interfere with the Platform's security.
Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly using the contact information provided in this document.
Underground may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or security risks.
4. APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Appointments are subject to the availability of the selected location, professional, and service.
A booking is confirmed when the customer receives confirmation through Trimfy or another authorized communication channel.
Appointment duration and availability may vary depending on the service selected.
Underground may contact customers to clarify booking details, adjust scheduling, or communicate relevant service requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their booking details and arriving at the appropriate location at the scheduled time.
5. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOWS
Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies may vary by location or service.
Any applicable cancellation restrictions or fees must be communicated before they become binding on the customer.
Customers may manage appointments through Trimfy when the relevant functionality is available or contact the establishment directly.
Underground reserves the right to manage appointment availability and address repeated booking abuse, subject to applicable law.
6. SERVICES, PRICING, AND PAYMENTS
Services, prices, durations, and professional availability may vary among Underground locations.
Any additional service charges or price adjustments will be disclosed before the additional service is performed.
Trimfy does not currently process customer payments.
Payments for services and products are handled directly by the applicable Underground establishment through its available payment methods.
Trimfy does not hold customer funds or independently process refunds or payment disputes.
7. SERVICE CONSENT FORMS AND CUSTOMER QUESTIONNAIRES
Certain services offered by Underground may require customers to complete consultation questionnaires, health and safety disclosures, treatment acknowledgments, or informed consent forms (collectively, "Service Consent Forms").
When required, these forms are presented directly within the customer's appointment in Trimfy.
Depending on the service, customers may be asked to:
- Review a description of the procedure or treatment;
- Review relevant risks, precautions, contraindications, and aftercare instructions;
- Provide information concerning allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, previous treatments, or other relevant circumstances;
- Answer service-specific consultation or safety questions;
- Acknowledge applicable disclosures and treatment conditions;
- Electronically sign the applicable Service Consent Form.
Customers are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
Information requested through Service Consent Forms is intended to support professional assessment, customer safety, appropriate service preparation, and documentation of informed consent.
Customers should notify the service professional if relevant information changes after a form has been completed.
8. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND CONSENT RECORDS
Trimfy allows customers to review, complete, and electronically sign Service Consent Forms within their appointments.
By applying an electronic signature, the customer indicates an intention to sign the specific document presented and acknowledges the disclosures and authorizations expressly contained in that document.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, electronic signatures and records may have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and paper documents.
The Platform may retain information associated with the completed document, including:
- Customer identity and account reference;
- Appointment identification;
- Location and selected service;
- The form and version presented;
- Questions and responses submitted;
- The electronic signature;
- Date and time of execution;
- Available technical records supporting signature attribution and document integrity.
Electronic signatures must be associated with the applicable document and preserved in a manner reasonably designed to maintain record integrity.
Where legally required, consent to conduct transactions electronically will be obtained through an appropriate disclosure and acceptance process.
Customers may request a copy of a completed Service Consent Form by contacting the relevant Underground location.
Signing a Service Consent Form does not waive any non-waivable legal rights or release Underground or its professionals from liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. SERVICE SAFETY AND PROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT
Completion and signature of a Service Consent Form do not guarantee that a requested service is appropriate for every customer.
Underground professionals may request clarification, recommend modifications, postpone, or decline a service when relevant contraindications, health information, safety concerns, or applicable professional requirements make such action appropriate.
Customers should inform the professional of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, conditions, or adverse reactions before the service begins.
Service Consent Forms are specific to the procedures identified in those documents and do not automatically authorize additional or materially different treatments.
Where additional consent is legally or professionally required, it will be requested separately.
10. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS
Trimfy may be used to send appointment-related communications, including:
- Booking confirmations;
- Appointment reminders;
- Rescheduling notifications;
- Cancellation notices;
- Relevant service instructions;
- Other operational communications.
Underground may also offer promotional messages, special offers, loyalty communications, and marketing campaigns.
Consent to receive marketing communications is separate from acceptance of these Terms and from signing Service Consent Forms.
Where legally required, marketing communications will be sent only after the customer provides appropriate consent.
Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of booking an appointment or purchasing a service.
Customers may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP or following the instructions provided.
Promotional emails will include an unsubscribe mechanism when required by law.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers agree to use Trimfy only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited activities include:
- Creating fraudulent appointments;
- Impersonating another individual;
- Attempting unauthorized account access;
- Interfering with Platform operations;
- Introducing malicious software;
- Manipulating booking availability through abusive automated activity;
- Submitting unlawful or intentionally misleading content.
Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect customers, employees, establishments, or the Platform.
12. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Underground will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of Trimfy.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, connectivity problems, technical failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
If the Platform is unavailable, customers may contact the relevant Underground location directly.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Trimfy name, software, interfaces, designs, functionality, and associated intellectual property are owned by their respective rights holders.
Customers receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.
Customers may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or interfere with the Platform except as permitted by applicable law or express authorization.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Underground is not responsible for temporary Platform interruptions, errors caused by inaccurate customer-submitted information, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for negligence, unlawful conduct, or other matters where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
These Terms do not waive mandatory consumer protection rights.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in Platform features, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be made available through Trimfy.
Where required by law, material changes will be communicated and additional acceptance will be requested.
